Strategic Interventions, Sustainable Impact:

Join us in our mission to create wealth, support education, and empower the economically challenged people of Africa.
Our focus is on uplifting the lives of economically challenged individuals across Africa. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and reducing poverty through strategic interventions.
Through targeted programs in Education, Entrepreneurship support, Feeding initiatives, and dedicated support for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), we aim to bring about positive change and empower individuals to overcome adversity.

Empowerment HSAP
The Harvesters Skills Acquisition Program through the vehicle of training, mentorship, and financial support, empowers small and medium businesses across Africa to thrive and build a strong economy for Africa.
Education
The Harvester's Scholarship Fund is a financial support program designed to benefit undergraduates in universities across Africa. The funds are used to defray the costs of tuition, books, room, board, and other expenses directly tied to a student’s educational cost through the university.
We also offer the Harvesters hub as a cross-sector space open to small and medium business owners in Africa. This Hub creates an environment where members/users will leverage each others' skills and wealth of business experiences to support each other and navigate increasingly complex business challenges, ensuring that every user’s success is inextricably intertwined.

Medical Outreach
Medical Initiatives
About 996 million people worldwide spend more than 10 per cent of their household income on healthcare through direct out-of-pocket payments (OOPs), which has driven families into poverty every year. The problem is critical in low- and middle-income nations, particularly those in Africa, where 27 out of 48 nations are heavily impacted by direct OOPs for healthcare services.
Our medical Initiative partners with individuals, organizations and hospitals to provide free medical services including surgeries for Children, Women and physically challenged individuals.
Project SMILE
EmpowerHer - Girls who menstruate are ostracized from basic activities, like eating certain foods or socializing, all over the world. The cultural shame attached to menstruation and a shortage of resources stop teenage girls from going to school and working every day.
EmpowerHer, is HAEF's initiative aimed at tackling the aforementioned challenges associated with period poverty and menstrual hygiene amongst young girls across Africa.

Heartwarming Bites
Foodbank focuses on tackling the challenge of hunger that is ravaging the African continent. The foodbank operates on the "front line" model, where we give out food directly to those in need. The food bank also acts as a centralized warehouse, which serves as a single collection and distribution point for food donations.
